RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
There are certain risks and dangers in traveling on any tour, and in a foreign country. We strongly recommend that you review your medical and personal insurance and supplement it if necessary. Guests must be at least 18 years old, except for teenagers accompanied by their parents. Music and Markets may occasionally be forced to cancel a week of a tour if there are too few participants. In this case our liability would be limited to a full refund of the reservation deposit and fees paid or the offer of an alternate tour date. Any physical disability requiring any special attention must be reported when the reservation is requested. Neither Statement Solutions Worldwide, Inc. nor Music and Markets assume responsibility for any claim of damages, expenses, or liability for any claims, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage to person or property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from causes that include but are not limited to any fire, acts of government, theft, delays, cancellations, weather, vehicle traffic, strikes, illness or accident incurred in any manner including transportation by plane, bus, car, van, taxi, train, boat, or other conveyance. Music and Markets is not liable for modifications to the itinerary or inconveniences due to strikes, weather, cancellations or any other circumstances that could disturb in the carrying out of any arrangements.
Music and Markets reserves the right to charge a $100.00 late payment fee if full payment is not paid by the due date, and to cancel the reservation without any refund if payment is 10 days past due. Music and Markets reserves the right to alter the itinerary. Music and Markets reserves the right to accept or decline, and to cancel the tour for any participant(s) at any time should such person's health, mental conditions, physical infirmity, or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the welfare or enjoyment of other guests. In such event there will be no refund, and no reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred by a participant whose tour has been canceled. If a guest causes any damages, he/she is the sole person responsible for payment. Music and Markets reserves the right to take photos or films during the tour, and to use the photos for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer that their image not be used are asked to include that information in this reservation request above under Additional Information. Payment of your deposit or full payment represents your agreement to all the Terms and Conditions, and by signing the reservation form you are signing a release of liability.
